'La Jamaicana' ye'l títulu del cenciellu nuevu de Café Quijano incluyíu dientro del so álbum nuevu, 'Manhattan'. Dende'l primer compás, el soníu es inequívocamente 'Quijano', el de los sos primeros ésitos, y la trama cuéntase con esi llinguaxe peculiar que carauteriza a toles composiciones del grupu.

Con esti cantar nuevu dase pasu a lo que será la segunda parte del álbum superventas 'La taberna del buda' (2001), coincidiendo, amás, col ventenu aniversariu de la so espublización. 'Manhattan' ye la fiel y digna continuación, repleta de soníu 'taberneru' y con apasionantes histories que son puros curtiumetraxes.
