So esti contestu históricu, l'avilesín Gonzalo Tapia cuenta en 'Neckan' la historia de Santiago (Pablo Rivero), un nuevu abogáu procedente d'una familia cercana al réxime franquista que, a partir d'unes cartes anónimes, afaya un pasáu ocultu que naide nun quier revivir. Esto llevarálu a Tetuán, onde llueu va atopar revelaciones nueves sobre'l so pasáu y los sos oríxenes.
