DeWolff es un monstruo de tres cabezas que llega desde Holanda. Siendo apenas adolescentes, los hermanos Pablo (cantante/guitarista) y Luka van de Poel (batería) (en 2007 contaban con 13 y 15 años respectivamente) formaron la banda sobre una dieta musical consistente en Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Leon Russel, Allman Brothers y Led Zeppelin. Se les unió el teclista Robin Piso al Hammond y comenzaron a desarrollar su mezcla de nueva psicodelia que les valió su primer contrato discográfico un año más tarde.
