En visperas de las elecciones generales que en su día ganó Aznar por primera vez en España, la hija de un destacado militante del partido en Asturias descubre que está embaraza con la prueba de un Predictor. Esta, soltera y novia del presidente de las juventudes populares de Asturias, quiere ocultárselo a su padre por el escándalo que sería, y por el disgusto que tendría su padre al ser una persona muy conservadora. Su madre intentará ayudar, pero todo se va complicando en una comedia de enredo con el sello inconfundible del teatro costumbrista renovado de Teatro Carbayín
