Una nave espacial viaxa a Marte pa colonizar el planeta colloráu. Pero'l capitán y el so androide Trasto descubrirán que'l planeta yá ta habitáu cuando lleguen a la ciudá de Madrid, onde los vecinos mutantes celebren una verbena popular 'castiza' énte los alieníxenes terrestres. Pa enriba, el capitán namórase d'una 'chulapa' marciana postinera de güeyos embruxadores (ocho en concreto) y pretende fuxir con ella rumbu a Venus…

'Villa y Marte' ye la reinvención del xénero chicu en clave ronlalera: humor, música en direuto, teatru…, y chotis. 'Villa y Marte' ye un sainete musical en trés actos ambientáu nel Marte 'castizo'.
