Rafael Reig nace en Cangas de Onís en 1963. Es novelista, columnista de prensa, profesor en el proyecto de educación Hotel Kafka y librero. Estudió en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y se doctoró en Estados Unidos, país en el que fue profesor durante años. Desde 1990 es autor de una docena de novelas que han recibido el aplauso del público y el reconocimiento de la crítica. Su última obra publicada es “Señales de humo (manual de literatura para caníbales I)".
