El Tamar es un habitual de la escena punk rock, donde se labró una reputación como poderoso guitarrista en grupos como Black Horde.
Sin embargo, en su carrera como solista da rienda suelta a su personalidad como simpático polemista, de paso que transita hacia sonidos más calmados, donde no hace ascos al tango, al blues o al jazz, para acompañar a unas letras llenas de ironía y humor.
Su disco debut, titulado ”El Tamar”, fue publicado exclusivamente en vinilo el año 2012. La publicación de su segundo álbum, ”Red Social Medieval”, que cuenta con colaboraciones de Rodrigo Cuevas o Nacho Vegas, da pie a la reedición digital de este debut, en enero de 2017.
