'Lamenti' es un concierto alrededor de la figura del músico Claudio Monteverdi (1567-1643), en el 450 aniversario de su nacimiento, para una sola voz acompañada por clave, en el que se refleja la teatralidad de la música, la importancia del texto por sí mismo y el inicio de la ópera. El paso del Renacimiento al Barroco de la mano del texto, de 'la parola in música'.


Otros autores como Sigismondo d’India (1582-1629), Barbara Strozzi (1629-1677) o Girolamo Frescobaldi (1583-1643) estarán también representados en este concierto.
