Con más de 25 CDs en el mercado, el repertorio de Chiu incluye la obra completa de Prokofiev, así como clásicos de Chopin, Liszt y obras maestras menos conocidas de Mendelssohn y Rossini, con un lugar especial para la transcripción de piano.
