El viaje íntimo de una mujer en busca de revelaciones; un cuento de verano un poco filosófico y algo místico, alegre y festivo de principio a fin. Eva está a punto de cumplir 33 años y ha convertido en un acto de fe la decisión de quedarse en Madrid en agosto. Los días y las noches se presentan como un tiempo de oportunidades y, mientras se celebran las verbenas de verano, Eva se encuentra con otras personas a las que trata de ayudar, sin saber que, en realidad, no hace otra cosa que ayudarse a sí misma.
