Un carguero atraviesa el océano. Nuestra mirada se adentra en la cadencia hipnótica de los engranajes, que revelan el movimiento continuo de una maquinaria devorando a sus obreros: los últimos gestos del viejo oficio de los marineros, desapareciendo bajo el ritmo autómata del siglo XXI. Quizá se trate de una nave a la deriva, o del último ejemplar de una especie en extinción. No lo sabemos, pero los motores siguen girando, imparables.
