Cuando Juacu, que lleva toda la vida viviendo con su familia en un barrio de Barcia, se entera que, por un error burocrático, ni sus propiedades ni las de sus vecinos están inscritas en el Catastro ni en el Registro de la Propiedad y que por tanto no existen oficialmente, tiene una ocurrencia que trae de cabeza al barrio entero, revoluciona a los vecinos, y termina llegando a oídos de los representantes de la ONU que envian a alguien para aclarar la situación que, lejos de arreglarse, cada vez va liándose más… ¿Conseguirán entre todos salir del embrollo y volver a la normalidad?
